As a lot of us here, erm, surf MURC whilst at work, it would be nice to keep things nice and sober. In fact if you could make it look exactly like an Outlook screen that would be perfect

ok, all forums are locked except site feedback.
its still very much a work in progress, so one refresh to the next will probably change.

as I get the front end etc up, I will leave notes in feedback. if there are issues, also let me know in site feedback

Don't change the colours, they're good as they are.

if anything, make it so each user can pick their own colour sceme .. I am fine with the way it is.

The colours etc in http://fori.murc.ws/ hurts my eyes!

Please keep it as it is!

PS also liked matroxusers better then m.u.r.c. (Matrox Users Resource Centre)

I don't know if this is possible but I really like the user info on the SIDE of the message rather than on top like in the http://fori.murc.ws/ site. I guess I can deal with the new layout. colors look okay, so long as they are not a drastic change from what we have now.

IMHO colors are clean with a good readable text
I am using few monitors and every time it is easy to read-what is the most important
I am a member of many forums and sometimes it is a pain in the [...] to read users' posts
                            Although colors are beautiful

                            So I suggest-don't change

The blue of the new layout's links is too bright for my taste, and I also like the user info on the side better, it separates content from metadata optically.

about the only thing I have changed on the layout as such is adding in our current blue bar, and altering the main forum page layout a little.

The new templates are very different to the old, yes I can get the user info back on the left, and I will do so.
Right now, I am more working on code side.
