Just got it today - an amazing monitor. I am extremely pleased
The PIP is very nice feature - you can split screen two inputs or go PIP - would be a great feature to have for video editing.
Personally the wide screen appealed to me becuase most of my CAD designs are layed out much wider than they are high. Also the side bar in Opera was a nuisance as it forced the main window to be vertically compressed.
      two thumbs up
      and no dead pixels

Mine showed up at my office today. I'm working at a customer's site so I haven't seen them yet. I'm excited though...

I follow the philosophy of "Don't ask, don't tell" but the reports are the factories have gotten very good at filtering those defects out these days.

I've sold dozens of Samsung 191T+s and the only two to have dead pixels are the two I bought for myself.

You won't find me looking for dead pixels; that's the only thing you see once you locate them.

US Dell site has it on sale right now for $675:

Not nearly as good as the Canuck sale though.

I just set one of my two up.

First impressions... It's nice but not as nice as the high end Samsungs I've been selling/using lately.

It's definitely worth the money, even if I have to pay for all three.

So far, all the screens that I bought, or advised customers or friends to buy, have displayed zero dead pixels (that's six screens in total).

The screens are very nice. I found that I'm most comfortable using the blue colour preset. I've watched a couple of widescreen movies on them and they looked great.

Thanks again tjalfe for the heads-up!

I just bought a used Eizo T68 19" CRT off ebay for 95 EUR including shipping. If it's really nice, I'm thinking of buying another one (or two, one for my GF). TFTs are still way too expensive for me
