You've probably all heard that if Opera reach 1mln downloads he'll swim from Norway to US, with a stop in Iceland for a cookie. Well, Opera did reach 1mln downloads and...he's done it! (I think you need Opera to view it, or SVG plugin if it exists for Mozilla)

Another alternative would be to swim few km in Oslo fiord, give up, say "at least I've tried" and then turn this into marketing campaign for Opera ("Try it at least, you won't regret it!")

What, only 1 million? Mozilla Firefox has had 49,363,678 million in < 6 months (at the time of writing) and they estimate the 50M will happen on Friday. And Thunderbird looks as if it will follow in a few weeks.
