Good idea, but the capital expenditure for a digester/purifier for that quantity may be difficult to amortise.

I agree with your sentiments about governments, but even harnessing the hot air coming out of parliaments throughout the world would provide sufficient energy to provide the hot water the representatives find themselves in

Brian - if the conversion process is the limiting factor, then I suppose one can always use a direct internal combustion application!

Isn't that biogas jet propulsion? However, I'm not sure about elephants, though; the energy to start them moving may be insufficient!!
