But since genius IQ's have been found in people that only have ~2 mm of cortex how do you tell the level of function? CT's, MRI's etc. can tell you how much tissue there is, but not how much function is contained therein.
To me this makes any judgements based on cortical thickness alone a scary proposition. We know a lot....but not that much.

Is suspect this guy actually ate himself. He was comatose for only 2.5 mos, not years like the shiago case.
