Viewing New York city reminds me of the 3D opening scene of the movie "You've got mail"...
Is it my PC, or do some buildings appear/disappear depending on the zoom/position of the camera?
I wonder if they'll extend this 3D thingy to European cities as well....

JW and I were talking about this yesterday. Both of us played with it a lot when it was keyhole. If you live in a heavily populated area it's VERY detailed.. a bit less so for places like my home town in Maine.Wikipedia and Google.... the needles to my tangent habit.
