oddly I know just as many women as guys that do this.. and they don't get to point away. Don't ask how this comes up in convo, I honestly don't know how most of the random stuff I talk about with women happens. I'd say I'm lucky that they are so open but there is a down side

oh ah... dparadis is basically my first initial last name (no spam please :P) and when I joined back in 2000 I was trying to be 'professional' having recently graduated college, and that was for the best considering my old standby handle was 'greywolf'. If you look at the 'help me pick out a digi cam' thread you'll see a link to my website www.claymonkey.net (still VERY under construction). My degree in college was actually sculpture, along with a concentration in printmaking (notice my avatar). I was just getting tired of a rather boring handle and since I've just recently been heavily active again I asked Sasq if he wouldn't mind, he didn't (but don't bombard him with requests folks)
Anyway, back on topic. Otherwise I'll ask Dan to cut this into a new thread in the lounge

Very, very rarely. The toilet's right next to the shower, it's not like it's difficult to take a leak in the "proper" place first.

It's environmental, economic and saves time. If you pee in the toilet just before stepping in the shower then you have to flush the toilet, which uses water that you have to pay for. And then you either have to put up with temperature fluctuations or wait until the toilet fills before starting the shower.
And then its convenient. The flow of water makes you want to go. Who's gonna step out of the shower, wetting the floor, and then experience all the above?
I guess.
