Thanks Zokes and Doc, the hybrid sounds good, but what i forgot to mention, is that I would like a vehicle capable of less that 10 seconds 0-60

I live aprox 40 minutes away from where I work, of course that translates to 1 hour and 30 minute drive in traffic, I don't know if the hybrid is good for such long travels, especially couple of weeks ago, due to the heavy storm we experienced here in Toronto, it took us 3 hours to get home

Time to Ride the Rocket .. there should be lots of public transit options going more or less straight up younge

LOL, the "Rocket" stops at Finch, so to get home here is what I have to do lol....

1-At Finch I take the Go Bus up to Younge and Elgin Mills

2-at Elgin Mills I hop on the York regional bus to take me home, now try that at 10:00 pm three to four times a week

funny how this is probably exactly the reason so few people take public transit .. too darn inconvenient.. for me, there really is no way around driving, going from Aurora to Schomberg

anyhow, as for a car.. hmm.. My ex roommate has a Mistubishi Lancer, and has had no troubles with it at all.. so the Eclipse may be good .. they did use to make the Zero figher in world war 2, so they have been around for a while ( for readers outside of Canada, they were only introduced here 2 years ago or so)
