Box set? Where?
I am going to have to exercise restraint and wait 'til after Christmas. I have a secret Santa running through my family and at work so I should end up with it. Everyone involved knows of my like for the movie though if there is a boxed set. . . . Hmmm.Comment

Already preordered Serenity and the box set. Both should arrive at my parents house by Christmas. I got my Dad addicted to the show while he was on leave but he missed the movie. Now that he's back from Iraq I'm willing to *sniff* force myself to buy the movie so he can see it.Wikipedia and Google.... the needles to my tangent habit.

As far as I can see there is NO box set for the movie itself. I'm assuming when anyone has been talking about a box set in this thread they are referring to the show itself. While I've gotten a large number of people into Firefly it was from a netflix copy. I needed a box set anyway and the movie just needs to be owned.Wikipedia and Google.... the needles to my tangent habit.

Yep. Box set of Firefly. I guess it's possible that eventually there will be a mega-box-set with firefly, serenity, posters, autographs and a blow-up doll of Inara (sigh) but until then, just firefly

Ok, just finished... I liked it.
I thought that there were a few parts that could have been refined.

I bought the tv box set from Amazon a few weeks ago and watched all 14 episodes over the period of a weekend. Although I am not a fan of US scifi, this is the best I have seen in a long, long time. By the time I got into the series, Serenity was no longer in the cinema. Looks like I will have to wait until its released in Feb before I can see it.
