    Yes, I also saw that article. It is interesting to see how many Australian cities are in the top 10. Also, Canada seems to score well.

      You have to realize that there is a certain bias here..

      the Economist Intelligence Unit's livability survey, which looked at conditions in 127 cities.
      There are many more cities than this to consider if you really want to find the most or least livable ones. Looks like there is a definite bias towards English-speaking places.
