I think they are inflatable.. she probably got a remote control to blow them up and deflate them as the fancy takes her. That reminds me one TV programme I' had seen once...documenting the surgery itself.
The implants, empty, were put in place...uhmm, starting from somewhere around the belly or soemthing, I don't remember. When in place, they started inflating them. Terrifying sight. (all was filmed). From naturall looking, firm (young girl), normal sized...(and so on...) to overinflated, horrible baloons :/
The best part is: stupid bitch said the enourmous pain after local narcosis stopped working is worth it and now she looks great...

That sounds like an amazingly good idea, providing the inflation hole can be properly sealed.
Most women with fake tits have incision scars under the breast or non-functioning nipples. If you can insert a bag then inflate to the required size, the entry wound would be a lot smaller.

But I prefer the natural look anyway

Never could stand the obviously artificial feel of implants, no to mention that so many are done badly and too large. The dead giveaway is a side view when they're bent over. When they're even a little too big you get that puckered skin under the arms.
