No news. They came from competing papers and didn't particularly like each other personally to begin with. That's why they were thrown together; to put some "spark" into their competing reviews.

Yea, this was no secret.
They where regular guests on Letterman and Leno, and was always fun to watch them bicker.

Course, Gene died several years ago, and Roger went through a bunch of co-hosts till he found 'Roper', the guys he sits across the isle from now...but the chemistry just isn't the same...
