What about Velocitech / Velocitych? Or are you really set on that dumb name SpeedCiruit? Sounds to me like the slang name of a neighbourhood where you can score some....

I actually like Velocitech^

You get velocity, which is obviously mostly car-related, but has definite computer/speed relation, tech for computer but also has car-relation (and tells everyone that you are a techy!) and then you get Velociraptor! - cuz they are just cool - (could be used in logo?)
