Actually saw this episode. She's definitely unbalanced and I believe she appeared on Oprah or some such show afterwards to "explain" her breakdown.
I find it amusing that after this they seem to have ramped up the matches between people of opposing religions (as well as those with no religious beliefs). That'd be all good except these people always seem to be wholly vested to an extreme in their beliefs. Some of the rule changes they end up doing are pretty degrading.
Almost as good as watching Jerry Springer
