landed a job with one of the major production houses there as a senior editor... was hiered with a high salery, relativly speaking, based on my reputation alone... they didnt even ask for my CV. will be leaving beirut on wed.

hope i do good in my new job.. i would hate to disapoint them.... but i have a feeling i am well set for... any way... i will be out of contact for a longer period this time around.... my recent absence was due to me having to comute to the north of lebanon to work on an arabic verison of the reality show "bigest looser" ... the program is a real looser and underfunded... i helped them get their act together... fixed their dead editshare system... tought the other editors how to use it without breaking it again.. (not sure they compleatly got it though) ... lol.... and edited one episod and a half... they tried to make me a counter offer so that i would stay... but it was not good enugh... and besides... i hate working with reality type shows... there is nothing "real" about them...."They say that dreams are real only as long as they last.
