When a coronary artery occludes naturally it is a gradual process and nearby arteries can spread and take up the slack.

It's highly unlikely that the pellet will have any long-lasting effect once the initial inflammation is over, which is what caused the arrythmia to start with because of the inflammations effect on atrial conduction. The angiogram showed no arterial occlusion at all; in fact he's said to have the arteries of a much younger man.
As for Bush: legislation is already in the pipeline to make these intercepts "legal" even in the eyes of those who don't think it already is, and it has the support of both party leaderships. Could be passed & signed within weeks.
Given the publc support for said intercepts the pol's have seen the light, at least those with an ounce of common sense.

I don't think many people think the intercepts, as described , should be illeagal.
The problem is that under current law they are and Bush's attitude seems to be "so what?".
That's the problem I have with it.
What other law is he going to think "so what?" about if he feels like it.
