One specific antihistamine has been found to have caused deaths in a few children of less than 2 with unspecified dosage. As antihistamines can be life-saving for kids, the thread subject may be misleading.
Sorry to nit-pick, but the thread subject could be unnecessarily alarming.

I agree with Brian...
It is even mentioned in the product leaflet (or whatever the paper that comes in the box is called) that it can cause breathing difficulties (in which case the treatment ought to be stopped immediatly).
