My brother recently went to Libia, and he said gas prices are extremely low (a couple of cents per liter).

Very old data. The UK is approaching the £1/l or $1.90/l. And I'd like to know where it is only $2.60/gal in the USA. Nearer $4 these days in some places.

Here, I pay ~CYP 0.56 = USD 1.15.

I read something recently that said Venezuala's domestic production of oil is way down and that they were making deals to buy and resell oil pumped from other coutries in order to avoid breaking existing supply contracts.
