        we have lots of shows that are like 'saturday night live' but on serious drugs.

        That would have been one of them.

            I can attest to that. Japanese TV shows can just be plain scary

            What's worse though is incorrectly dubbed (purposely) Japanese shows that sometimes air here in the US. Obviously done for comedic intent, but it just makes them all the more odd.

                naa most of us would just be taking shots.
                most of us like to see our movie stars/tv stars go through pain, helps us feel better about the amount of money they earn
