Kitschy, mavbe, but the technique is impressive. Am pleased to see the guy wears a decent mask - hope he changes the carbon filters regularly. But he should also wear suitable Viton gloves as transdermal uptake of solvents is significant and can be up to 50% that of inhaled solvent vapours without a mask. I know of cases where neural damage to the arms has been caused by transdermal uptake of solvents (also recorded in peer-review scientific literature).

Pretty sure I've seen some of these in a few painting stores around me. They look really cool up close too.
