I did jokingly say we ought to have a cull on yobs but I think this going to far.

What has this to do with "yobs"? I've only read about some teenagers being shot, nothing about some potentially criminal background of the victims.

You are going much too far with your condemnation, almost paranoid. If there were anyone who could qualify as yobs, it would be the perpetrators of the attack. For all you know, the victims were harmless teenagers.
