About 5 or 6 years ago I read somewhere that in the AOL call centers there this board that shows how many people who cancel their service vs. the ones who subscribe and there's a little saying underneath that says "Let's try and reverse those numbers".
I think it was like 4000 cancellations a day and 7 subscribtions a day and this was way back when.
Why does AOL even exist?Titanium is the new bling!
