Last time they toured I saw them in Dallas. I got floor seats but they were damned expensive. I could have gotten them cheaper from a scalper the day of, since it was far from a sellout. Good show though.. Townshend can still jam pretty hard, but Daltrey had to stand there looking sheepish because he couldn't do the big scream at the end of Won't Get Fooled Again.
Entwhistle had snorted himself to death just a couple of months prior.

I saw them at ashton gate in Bristol, UK about 2 weeks ago. Absolutely stunning performance - got the sound reproduction spot on. Daltrey's voice was as good as its ever been on that day. Sure they won't dissapoint! Best who song has to be Baba O'Reiley, only thing is I can't help thinking of 'House' playing air keyboard to it everytime I hear the intro now
is a flower best picked in it's prime or greater withered away by time?
