Damn online ordering

Nothing worse when the system balks when processing your checkout details.

So have I paid or not.

Got an confirmation but if I log into the account it says awaiting processing. This could mean waiting in the factory or waiting to check out as thats an option as well.

Scan? They gave me trouble today.

Yeah I had the same problem over the weekend, but no confirmation email or anything and just checked credit card account today to see no charge, so reordered.

Well I never buy from Scan now as they're crap and have an very poor tech support team who don't know how to diagnose faults.

After six months of wrangling against the muppets they finally sent the board back to manufacturer who confirmed it was faulty.

Heh, just got a text from Scan saying that my collect order is ready. that would be great if I hadn't pad £6 for delivery of two stick of memory.

I'll have to ring them after lunch to see if they're planning on posting it, or expect me to drive up to Bolton and kick my postage out of them.

I knew that there was a reason I normally got other people to buy things from Scan for me.

Perhaps that is what my mate is doing.

Scan have changed their delivery system. It looks like there is a base charge and then you have to select one of the 'enhanced' delivery options but the page is ambiguous.

Ah well, its only money.

Turns out the new improved page decided to choose 'pickup' at some point between me giving them a delivery address and them taking my money. they seemed unsuprised by this and promised to fix it immediately.

Let's see if it works...
