    "The Departed"....

    A Martin Scorsese film with;

    Jack Nicholson
    Matt Damon
    Leonardo DiCaprio
    Alec Baldwin
    Mark Wahlberg
    Martin Sheen
    Ray Winstone

    Plot summary:

    A remake of a (2002) Hong Kong film called "Wu jian dao" (aka Infernal Affairs), two men from opposite sides of the law are undercover within the Boston State Police department and the Irish mafia, but violence and bloodshed boil when discoveries are made, and the moles are dispatched to find out their enemy's identities.

    Early reviews say Jack Nicholson eats the scenery in this one as a totally 'out there' psychopathic hit man.

    This is either going to be great or a whole bushel of rotten tomatoes

    He's (Martin Scorsese) after the oscar for many years now, I hope this one is going to be good enough for it

        Can't see what could go wrong Sounds great!
        All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

          You mean besides some major production made to look like an idie film that has a "tirck" storyline to it that centers around a taboo subject that's been beaten to death by high brow Hollywood films but for some reason is constantly getting all the praise? Nothing really.

                Sure do. As usual, loved Jack in it, but otherwise it left me wanting a bit more...
