Well, when thinking about it on "purely" aesthetical level (however hard/impossible that would be) they do seem to be a bit "out of place" when comparing with the rest of the body... (but as somehow Brian pointed, a bit, usually I'd consider female ones more "not out of place")
PS. And anyway, as to the topic...why/what? (and she's definatelly ugly...)
