    Verizon Doesn't Know Difference Between Dollars And Cents

    I've dealt with cell companies before trying to get them to quote me on data rates. The phone reps don't know their KB from their Kb. And now apparently they don't even know their $ from their ¢.

    The education system is in a downward spiral, that's for sure.

          I wouldent have been able to remain calm like that
          If there's artificial intelligence, there's bound to be some artificial stupidity.
