Sorry, BBC seems to have removed the pic. It showed a couple of people sitting on garden chairs, plonk in the middle of the street, presumably to avoid falling masonry.

Yup! An almost weekly event here that no one takes any notice of. Above 5, we start to sit up, but they are relatively rare. Just goes to show the quality, or lack thereof, of the masonry if the houses fall apart as easily as that.
