          Except for the head-banging and toilet method, I've used most of those myself too. When I was young and didn't have money for an opener that is :')

              I really don't believe many of them would work here. Maybe these guys are exceptionally good, but especially the CD one seems impossible to pull off here, caps are just too tight.
