In line with custom of leaving pots/food in kitchen when moving out of dorm/squat, somebody left...something 
It appears to be some kind of dry vegetable, possibly carrot. If I'm correct it could be used instead of noodles/rice together with concentrated tomatoe juice to form great soup tommorow 
If I'm wrong it could be a distaster for tomatoe juice (how they do it in Spain?...so delicious)
