To be honest, I had a vague idea that I'd heard the term in conjunction with some kind of 'music', but I had never heard of the idea of penetration of an eye socket. Does this perversion really happen? If it does happen, does it do so often enough to justify a special federal act? Or does the Representative not give the notion unwelcome publicity by introducing this legislation, potentially inciting the deranged towards trying it? Is not existing legislation sufficient to ensure that these sick people who do such an act be suitably dealt with?
