Though there is a clause about 'unless it needs to be investigated afterwards' which I gues would be used in such circumstances.FT.Comment

That's an improvement, but I still think it should be the same group of officials at each race to maintain consistency, which was the biggest problem
When you own your own business you only have to work half a day. You can do anything you want with the other twelve hours.Comment
