    Internet Radios?

    Hi

Looking at getting one for my parents, so they can pick up english-language stations during their many months abroad each year.

They share a wifi connection from a neighbour, but its not the strongest of signals. So, the most important consideration will be wifi performance, closely followed by ease of use and cost.

    Does anyone have any experience?

    Cheers,

    T.

I believe the Squeezbox devices can be used as internet radios. Pure also has two models that support it (Avanti Flow and Evoke Flow)...
    But no personal experience...

I had a squeezebox, and it was the most wonderful device I have ever owned.

Thread hijack: please post cool Internet radio stations. I like di.fm, sky.fm and some linked from dj.ru (learning Russian and all).

                Thanks for the suggestions.

As is the way of things I decided to check that they would actually appreciate such a thing...and we are getting them National Trust membership instead
