Nachos with the works....including my home made salsas - blazing hot with diced habanero's for Erik and I and medium with diced jalapeno's for everyone else. Shredded Montery Jack and sharp Cheddar cheeses, organic sour cream, cut lettuce, black olives, round tortilla chips, chili con queso, ground round w/taco seasoning, re-fried pinto beans, whole jalapeno's, frijoles negros (black beans) etc. etc.
