I will wait and see on Redsteel 2 , the original I found to be very annoying. Most of the game was reasonable but the sword fighting stuff was a horrible chore and the game getting stuck in a loop several hours in just ruined it completely for me. Rather than restart I just binned it.

There is a game coming out for the Wii called Shimano Extreme Fishing. You get to do bow and spear fishing in addition to traditional fishing. The graphics look terrible, but it still might be fun (I hope).
