LOVE hummus in most all its forms, and with our large eastern-Med/middle eastern population you can get most all of them in local markets

I have started to use a garlic hummus over mayo on my sandwhiches. With a little mustard it tastes better and is way more healthy. Good stuff when done right.

In all likelihood you are right, but I hate the texture of hummus by itself. The sandwich gives you the taste without the annoying parts.
