Too bad you don't "get" it as the shooting sports are a great deal of fun. The boy got his first center-fire rifle: a Marlin 336C 30-30 (see below). He's eligible for his first Sportsman's license (all inclusive big game/fishing/small game) next year & will very likely go to deer camp for the first time. Wife got a new printer, but also a new holster for her 9mm and a new sight for her compound bow.

            Any questions?

Very nice present! Over here it's become practically impossible to buy handguns. And we're one of the countries with most rifles per inhabitant. Go figure...

What did I get? Twins! A month before christmas though but it completely dwarfed everything else

                          Ouch!!!! How did that happen????

                          Doc, our wives think alike

An acquaintance was thinking of selling his Les Baer, "Monolith Heavy Weight" last month so my wife told me to buy it for my Christmas present.

I just finished installing a set of VZ Double Diamond slim grips, a SA Slim Line Mag Well, Wolf 18.5 lb. recoil spring and an EGW full length Tungsten guide rod.

                            Books:

Peanuts Treasury (hard cover, 2nd printing, 1968)
Charlie Brown and Charlie Schulz (hard cover, 2nd printing, 1970)
                            E. C. Segar's Popeye, vol. 3

                            And some shirts.

I honestly couldn't think of a single thing I really wanted or needed this Christmas.

@ Doc: That's a fine shootin' iron there, partner.

@ Brian: Enjoy those pain meds and feel better soon.
