Cadbury Creme Eggs Benedict

Looks good, but we had a German chocolate/ice cream cake (3 chocolate layers with Stroh's chocolate ice cream between them and coconut-caramel icing). No picture, but you get the idea. Far from diet food.

We made chocolate covered strawberries.

This recipe just struck me as something one might have the morning after Turducken.
Or one of those sausage/bacon bombs...
