Chris Nolan said that once Inception was done Batman 3 could be started.

Filming starts: April, 2011

Release: July 20, 2012

Seems everyone's back; Bale, Oldman, Freeman and Caine.

They really shouldn't be calling it "Batman begins 3" it has already begun with the reboot of the franchise "Batman Begins"

That's just the working title, just like TDK's was at first "untitled Batman project" then "Batman 2". No release name yet, but one if the villains is rumored to be Riddler. Joker won't return in honor of Heath Ledger - they want his Joker to stand alone.
