          Story is that the producers went too "light" in the first films & the studio wants to get darker. Same thing Sony's doing with the Spider-Man reboot. Personally, I think they should co-produce with Marvel & all get rich from having Spidey and F4 in the Avengers flicks and their spinoffs.
