I usually don't decorate much for Halloween, but this year I had some fun:

Becky saw something like it in a magazine and got me the skeletons.
They are held up by some cheap speaker wire left over from a spool I bought in the 70's.
It's smokey colored and I split it. You can barely see it even close up.

You could also put one on the bench, casually reading a newspaper. (or perhaps this could be what it looks like from a distance, there could be some scary other thing behind the newspaper )
