    Jaguar C-X75: Jaguars "Volt"

    Volt-like cars are springing up everywhere; Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Chrysler and others have active developments - and now even Jaguar with their C-X75 concept car.

    Jaguar C-X75: four 195hp wheel motors & 2 turbine range extenders = 205 mph and 0-62 mph in 3.4 sec. 68 mile EV range, with a 500+ mile total range.

          I like the idea of using turbines (the C-X75): it shows engineers are thinking beyond the normal combustion engine...
