    Screenplay: Bragi Schut (Threshold [TV], coming - Season of the Witch)

    Synopsis: follows the ill-fated crew of the merchant ship Demeter, which carried Dracula's coffin from Transylvania to England.

      Given the currently known cast I have some hope that this won't be the typical schlock that passes for horror these days.

      I'm all for good vampire movies as long as said creatures of the night don't shimmer and act all melodramatic.
