Being capabale of these things is actually the result of medical condition called hypermobility. My nieces daughter has it; it was discovered when she had problems learning to walk (the ankle-mussles need to work harder, so to start walking she needed shoes; once the mussles developed it was no problem anymore). But it is weird: she can fold her fingers like in the photo on the article, and when you hold her it is like everything is moving inside.
