The party was low-key, and the main gift a Ruger LCP ultra-compact pistol.
This tiny piece (5.16" long, 0.82" wide, 9.4 ounces) is for James Bond type concealed carry where even my .40 SIG P250 (6.7" & 1.1", 25 ounces) would be too conspicuous. In fact, its weight is less than half that of Bond's Walther PPK (23.5 ounces) and the same .380 ACP (9x17 mm) caliber. 6 shots in the mag + 1 in the pipe. Looks like it'lll be shooting either the Cor-Bon 90 grain Self-Defense JHP (Jacketed Hollow Point) or the Cor-Bon DPX JHP.
A true pocket pistol.
