This is Bale's last Batman film, with Nolan moving on to later in Bats career for the next one and setting up for a Justice League flick. He's producing Man of Steel for next year, The Flash for 2013 etc. in preparation.Dr. Mordrid

Batman's voice is electronically disguised in line with an arc where he uses such a device to protect his Wayne identity. In the animated series Kevin Conroy did this himself, slightly changing his voice when voicing Bats.Dr. Mordrid

The official denials have been mild, at best.
You know as well as I do that every major falling part was a paint layer, and anything remotely shaped like the shield would't make it in there by accidemt.Dr. Mordrid
