Last reports are that fake policemen are shooting wildly at a gathering for a political youth party (700 youths) right outside of Oslo.

Odd, I looked at the pictures and immediately thought gas explosion.
The bomb that went off here weighed 4,000 lb and did not do damage as wide spread as that, but much more intense point damage. Though, it could just appear that way to me due to the point of view of the pictures and me not being at all familiar with Oslo.
Plus, the point damage looks like it is at the top of a building and how could anyone haul a ~2,000 kg bomb to the top of a building?

Anyway, looks odd to me. And I have first hand experience with the results of a downtown bombing.

PS ABC says "massive vehicle bomb", but there is no sign of a hole in the ground in any of the vid they show. They also say two bombs.

Reports are the summer Labor Party youth camp has at least 4 dead, Norweigan antiterror squads on the way. The camp is on an island so the attacker(s) was dressed as a cop. He/they may still be there with about 600-700 on the island.

Terror expert says a car bomb. Same source says this has all the earmarks of a middle eastern-style coordinated attack.

One person arrested at the youth camp island, Utoya. Police only confirming 2 deaths so far. The PM was supposed to be at the camp tomorrow, I've heard the former PM was there today during the attack.

Luckily I think all my relatives are on the coast and in the Lillehammer area.

Eyewitnesses claims in the order of 30 teenagers killed at the Utoya island. Unreal!

Looks like the attack is "domestic" with the gunman being Norwegian. He may have acted alone (also responsible for the bombing). WTF is wrong with people?

OMG, just woke up to the news that the police now confirms that at least 80 of the youths on that island have been killed! :-(
