Pole exercises are getting popular in many parts of the country - offered at many womens dance and exercise studios for girls and women, generally 14 and up (clothed, of course). It's even under consideration for the Olympics having been first proposed by China and seconded by others. Poles, their mounts and accessories are even available retail and home builders will install them if specified.
