Though eventually it would eat the Sun, after the latter engulfs it when going into red giant phase.

Also, I imagine that the immense radiation associated with last moments of accreting the Earth mass would have some influence on the rest of the system. Nothing profound, when it comes to measurable effects probably just influencing orbits of few asteroids/comets and also changing a bit orbit of the Moon (with a little melting of Moon surface perhaps?)

Well - the sun would have to eject awfully slow particles for them to hang around long enough to get "eaten". I'm pretty sure that most of the infall to the earth is due to things hitting either the surface or being slowed by the atmosphere. The amount of stuff that gets captured by gravity is relatively small. When you shrink the earth's mass to a <1 inch diameter event horizon, you have the same size gravity well but a much smaller physical capture/interference area. The infall would be lower than if earth were here and full size

I don't know about that radiation thing, but I'm not too worried about it yet

Well, if you think about it...while usually not practical, there's probably nothing technical that stops from putting some kind of server software onboard of a geostationary telecommunications satellite for example (one of the ones that provide bidirectionall internet acces to remote areas)

Ahhh, but I was specifically talking about the scenario when "Earth black hole" gets engulfed by the Sun in red giant phase (it will happen in ~5 billion years; current models suggest that the Earth will most likely end up below the "surface" of red giant Sun).

When that happens, black hole will have free access to capture Suns mass, eventually settling near the center of Sun and swallowing most of it.
