What was YOUR first Linux/BSD?

Slackware first and since that RedHat 5.2 to current RedHat 9.0. My good friend who installed my slack used to say that slack is for men and redhat for housewifes (no offence intended)

I am new to all Unix based OS.

I started out with RH8. Run RH9 right now (but has some problem with the nVIDIA card config).

Looking foreward to BSD. (In fact I am downloading FreeBSD 5.1 right now ) Maybe I should have gone for 4.8 but bleh... who cares
